Our WaterLink SpinTouch reads eleven parameters in about a minute: free, total, and combined chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid (stabilizer), copper, iron, phosphates, and salt. No appointment needed.
What to bring.A clean container with about 100 ml of pool water, drawn elbow-deep from the deep end with the pump running. A rinsed plastic bottle works fine.
What we do.Run the panel, talk through what's out of range, and write down a balance plan you can take home.
What you leave with.A clear sequence of chemical additions, in the right order, with the products to do it pulled off our shelf if you want them.

Bring in a water sample as soon as you can; the longer chemistry sits off, the harder it is to recover. Our WaterLink SpinTouch reads where things stand in about a minute and we'll write down a balance plan. Green water usually needs shock and an algaecide; cloudy water is often a chemistry imbalance or a filtration issue. We can advise on either.
Yes. Pumps, salt cells, filter cartridges, and most equipment can be brought in for diagnosis. We can often identify the issue on the spot, repair it, or order the part. Call ahead if it's heavy and we'll meet you at the door.
Yes, if it's a brand we carry. Bring in the old part, a photo, or the part number and we'll match it. If you can't quite identify the problem, describe the symptom and we'll work it out from there.
Yes. Custom-fit safety covers, specialty replacement filters, and most pool-related items can be sourced. Call ahead with details or come in and we'll work out what you need.
Yes. Drop them off and we'll do the cleaning here, ready for pickup. Salt cells get a proper acid wash; cartridges get a chemical bath so they come back ready to install. Cartridge cleaning is $160 per set (up to four cartridges). See the closing service pricing for details.
In-store: cash, credit, and debit. For service work (openings, closings, maintenance, and repairs): credit card and e-transfer.
Unopened accessories in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt. All chemicals, anything electrical and special-order items are non-returnable.
The store is closed on all statutory holidays. Our service team doesn't run scheduled pool visits on stat holidays either. For urgent issues, call or email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Yes. The plaza has plenty of free parking and we're in unit D2 at the back. Pull right up to the door if you're picking up something heavy.
